The girls and I made a cake today for St. Paddy’s day. I fully admit, that the clover doesn’t look really like a clover (my drawing skills no matter how simple, are NOT great ) but it is all green and we had a blast making and eating it 😉
Some fun tips for keeping your cake for many days later, unless of course you eat it all in one sitting.
I slice the cake into serving size pieces (well my serving size pieces are all pizza size slices) and then freeze them individually. Once frozen individually, i then use my food saver and put them into individual food saver bags and they can be kept that way for months! 30 seconds in the microwave and you have darn near good as just out of the oven pieces of cake.
