If you’ve read this blog lately, you’ll see I’m trending HEAVILY towards sewing, (my latest obsession). I thought I’d recap my favorite 10 tutorials for sewing toddler clothes.These are in no particular “favorite” order, all are great, and all have really good tutorials!
- Baby Shortall From Feather’s flights, an upcycle of old tshirts, (always my fav. kind of sewing) romper/one piece baby jumper
- Polka Dot Ruffle Dress from Craftiness is not Optional – Adorable dress and great tutorial! I’m working on making several
- Simple Ruffle leg pants - from Sewing Dork – I used this pattern for 3 pairs of my girls ruffle pants.
- Dolman top kiddo/toddler style – from Mama Lusco Handmade; I have several I wear myself (well the adult version that is), and my girls want me to make them one, I’ll be using this tutorial.
- Toddler Leggings - from Make it Love it, GREAT tutorial (frankly this whole blog is full of fabulous tutorials.) for simple leggings.
- Rompers - from CrafterHours – can’t wait till it’s sunny here in seattle to make these for my girls
- Upcycled Mens Shirt Dress tutorial for toddlers - from Dana Made it, yet another blog I can’t get enough of, tons of great tutorials aside from this one.
- Adult Sweater To Toddler Dress – from Empowering mommy, love this for our fall and winters in seattle, and upcycling is always a fun project.
- Turtleneck to Toddler yoga pants – from yours truly – Impatiently crafty – easy and quick way to thrift and re-use old turtlenecks for comfy toddler yoga style pants.
- Basic kid pant – from Dana Made it – I’ve used this pattern as the basis for many projects. ! Great tutorial easy to follow.
